一、黑眼圈形成的原因

色素性黑眼圈主要是由于真皮黑素细胞增多、或者炎症后导致的色素过度沉着。

说人话就是，日晒过度、卸妆不彻底或者是炎症导致的。

这种黑眼圈的颜色一般是茶色或者咖啡色，用手延展下睑皮肤时，颜色不会有什么变化。

结构性黑眼圈

结构性黑眼圈要么是和熬夜导致的眼部浮肿、年纪增长导致的眼袋突出有关。要么是和皮肤松弛、眼下脂肪流失，眼部衰老导致的泪沟凹陷有关。

总之，就是眼下因为眼袋或者泪沟的存在，产生光照不到的阴影。

如果抬起脸让眼下充分被光打到的话，这时候黑眼圈会减轻变淡。

不过结构型黑眼圈往往并不会单独出现，而是可能会混合以上的两种黑眼圈类型出现。因此，最为麻烦。

二、黑眼圈的解决方法

眼霜可以缓解的黑眼圈类型

如果是血管型黑眼圈，可以选择含有维C、维K、咖啡因的眼霜，能起到一定的美白提亮、消浮肿的作用。

而色素沉积导致的黑眼圈，眼霜能起到的作用非常有限，可以使用含有维C这样的美白提亮的眼霜，但主要靠的还是医美手段。

结构型黑眼圈更不用说，虽然可以提前使用抗衰老的眼霜来延缓眼部的松弛衰老，但一旦眼袋、泪沟出现，能解决它们的还是医美。

医美可以解决的黑眼圈类型

医学美容方面，对于减轻缓解黑眼圈（只是缓解）倒是有多年的研究。

比如因为皮下肌肤过薄导致的血管型黑眼圈和泪沟凹陷导致的结构型黑眼圈，都可以通过自体脂肪移植的手段来解决。

下面说说自己的用过的比较草的。

我一般对眼霜没有感觉，只有无功无过和不太行这两种。

我是混合偏油，夏天油到感人，眼部没有细纹，没有眼袋，但是有黑眼圈，不是肿眼泡。

而且我会长脂肪粒，我好难过，眼霜换过好几种，你说的那两种，我只用过紫熨斗，感觉还行，我那时候用的下面的搭配，马赛克有点丑，所以干脆直接截出了一个小图，小黑瓶搭配小白瓶和紫熨斗，我白了一个度。所以我推荐这个组合来美白，大家一定要试试。跑题了跑题了！（我第一次用紫熨斗觉得不错，后来就直接涂全脸，感觉真爽，就是偶尔有一点点心疼钱包。）

然后我买的兰蔻发光，还没到手，等用过以后再说。

最近在用买神仙水送的眼霜小样，依旧别的感觉没有，（但是用你今天真好看测试结果来看，确实对黑眼圈很有用。）不过我不会买正装的，毕竟我穷，哈哈。

拔草：theordinary咖啡因，（我也不知道为啥我一个非肿眼泡为啥买它，可能当时脑抽了看中它长睫毛，单纯的睫毛增长液不香吗？）还一次性必须买两瓶！！！开了的垃圾桶见了，没开的送人了。这一百多买排骨不香嘛？

对我的黑眼圈没用。而且我用了长脂肪粒！！！还好没长大，我赶紧停了以后慢慢消掉了。
